Product Return & Refund Policy
IMPORTANT: Custom fence panels, posts, gates, stiffeners, and other made-to-order items are non-returnable. Please review our full Return Policy for the complete list of non-returnable products before placing your order.
Standard fence accessories may be returned within 30 days with an approved Return Materials Authorization (RMA). A 35% restocking fee applies.
To initiate a return for eligible items, contact us at (888) 735-8833 or info@calcoast.us within 30 days of delivery to request your RMA number. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and documentation intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items that are defective or incorrectly shipped will be replaced or refunded at no charge if reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order based on size and delivery location, using current market rates with no additional markup. Our drivers typically assist with unloading, but the customer is responsible for receiving the delivery. Please inspect all panels immediately upon arrival and report any damage within 24 hours by contacting (888) 735-8833 or info@calcoast.us.
Pickup Policy
Free pickup is available at our Sylmar facility: 12410 Foothill Blvd, during business hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Payment must be completed before fabrication begins. You will receive a notification when your custom panels are ready for pickup at our location.
