This project in Granada Hills focused on upgrading the property’s perimeter with a privacy vinyl fence system, combined with multiple gate types designed for different access needs. The goal was to increase privacy and security while keeping the layout practical and visually balanced.

The property required maximum privacy along the street, but not every access point needed the same level of enclosure. Vehicle access, daily entry, and pedestrian areas all had different functional and visual requirements.

The Solution: Layered Privacy With Purpose-Built Gates

1. Full Privacy 6-Foot Dark Sequoia Vinyl Fence

We installed a 6-foot full privacy vinyl fence in Dark Sequoia along the main perimeter.

Why it works: The height blocks outside views, while the Dark Sequoia color adds warmth and blends naturally with the surroundings.

2. 16-Foot Automatic Sliding Gate

For driveway access, a 16-foot automatic sliding gate with remote control operation was installed.

Why it works: The sliding system allows wide access without swinging into the driveway, keeping the entrance clean, secure, and easy to use.

3. Full Privacy 6-Foot Single Gate with Aluminum Frame

A full privacy single gate was added for everyday use, built on a reinforced aluminum frame.

Why it works: The aluminum frame prevents sagging and keeps the gate aligned, even with frequent opening and closing.

4. Semi-Privacy 3-Foot Custom Picket Gate

A 3-foot semi-privacy custom picket gate was installed in a pedestrian-facing area.

Why it works: The lower height and picket design define the boundary while keeping the entry open and welcoming. It provides separation without fully closing off the space.
