We want to ensure your rewards are handled professionally and in accordance with IRS regulations.

General Guidelines

  • Timing is Key:
    All referrals must be submitted and recorded before the new client signs their contract. We cannot apply referral rewards to projects that are already in progress or previously signed.
  • Per-Homeowner Limit:
    Rewards are issued per referred customer, not per property. If you refer a homeowner who owns multiple properties, you will receive one referral reward rather than a reward for every individual site.

    When do I get my $200 reward?

    You will receive your $200 Visa Gift Card within 30 days after your referral's fencing project is fully completed and their final invoice has been paid in full.

    Is there a minimum project size?

    Yes. To qualify for the $200 reward and the $200 discount, the referred project must have a minimum contract value of $2,500. This covers most standard residential vinyl and aluminum installations.

    Can I refer someone who already contacted you?

    Referrals must be new customers who have not previously requested an estimate or purchased from Calcoast Fencing Company within the last 180 days prior to the form submission.

    Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

    Absolutely not! There is no limit. Refer 4 friends who get fences installed, and you earn $800. It's our way of thanking you for growing our local business.
