This project focused on installing a white vinyl privacy fence with a decorative lattice top and a single access gate along a residential property line. The goal was to create strong privacy from the street while keeping the yard bright, open, and visually welcoming. The fence runs along both the front and side of the property, so it needed to look clean from every angle and blend naturally into a quiet residential neighborhood.

The homeowner wanted full privacy from passersby and nearby properties, especially at eye level. At the same time, the fence couldn’t feel too heavy or block natural light, since it borders the lawn and sidewalk.
